Your marketing strategy is key. Don't just rely on going to a few head-hunters and agencies and then expect the phone to keep ringing with opportunities, because it won't!

Now I fully appreciate that those of you unfamiliar with the business coaching process may wonder just how effective a single hour's session can be. Well, I'm not a great one for making promises - preferring always to let proof lie in the pudding - but a typical session might include focusing on a pivotal topic such as identifying and analysing your immediate and key business priorities. We'd agree between us what 'success' might look like, because measurables are vital progress-checkers. Then, in a completely secure, confidential environment we'd work through exactly what you need to do to achieve that 'success'; what might be blocking your way; how to remove those blockages and how to best implement and expedite initiatives and changes.

A session such as this can often be astonishingly productive and of course is a great opportunity to experience the coaching process at the same time as testing and tasting the chemistry there can be between coach and client.
